The Pearl

List of all projects

Project The Pearl foresees development of low-rise residential construction. The land plot is located in close driving distance from Riga centre at the bank of a lake Mazais Baltezers surrounded by pine forest. At the same time the project has good transport accessibility: :

  • 25 minutes to the center of Riga
  • 700 m to Via-Baltica highway (Helsinki-Tallinn-Warsaw)

Presently The Pearl is the only low-rise construction project to be constructed at the lake bank in Adazhi rural district, which is considered as one of the most exclusive residential areas in Riga region.

Exceptional location of the landplot and building design will ensure view on the lake from each apartment window, while surrounding old pines will secure serenity and separate the houses from highway.

Private boat pier will be constructed at the lake bank next to the houses, thus providing navigation access to the Baltic Sea and wide sailing possibilities in the lakes of Mazais and Lielais Baltezers.

Residential complex will feature 65 exclusive apartments, 65 underground parking places. Upper floor residents will be able to use the roof as a terrace.

Novel architectural thinking and exceptional site planning of The Pearl Project has been developed by AB3D Architects Bureau, Juris Mitenbergs from Latvia. The project has been highly acknowledged at the MIPIM 2008 and has been commended within the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards in Residential category.
