Ungura Nami Ltd. was established by New Europe Real Estate specifically for development of multi-dwelling residential complex on territory of project Ezerparks.
The project concept targets residential market segment with limited supply in Riga – budget apartments. New Europe Real Estate has performed thorough research and analysis of future demand and purchasing power to ensure future feasibility of the project.
Our priority in concept design of Ungura Nami has been ensuring project long-term sustainability. We are striving to achieve most cost-efficient solutions and minimize apartment exploitation costs for the residents, while maintaining high quality standards and maximizing comfort. Apartment size and configuration have been chosen so, as to make the apartments affordable for middle class households.

Total number of residential units planned is ~600. Construction will be realized in stages according to the estimated market absorption capacity.
Status
- 2010 - building sketch design completed
- 06. 2011 – completion of technical design realized by an innovative architect bureau Depo projekts.
- Construction to be realized in 4 phases –1st phase to be completed in 2012.
- Construction of remaining project phases is planned to be realized gradually until 2015.
- Technical design presupposes planning elasticity of apartments to be able to realize changes in apartment configuration and size according to changes in market demands over construction period.
- Construction of utility and road infrastructure on the land plot will be completed in 2011 within the scope of general infrastructure works on project Ezerparks territory.
