Multifunctional district Ezerparks, designed by SWECO, is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the Baltics with excellent potential to become a new hub of commercial activity in Riga.

Project The Pearl foresees development of low-rise residential construction. The land plot is located in close driving distance from Riga centre at the bank of a lake Mazais Baltezers surrounded by pine forest.

Offices at Jelgavas will be strategically located next to the ‘New administrative centre’ of Riga chosen by city authorities as future residence of Riga administration, which will shape new centre of business activity in Riga.

The land plot is located 15 km from the centre of Rīga in rural area Garkalne. Land plot area is 14 hectares, and is divided into 22 smaller land plots (2 518 sq.m. - 3 857 sq.m.) for private low-rise construction.
