Project Whitelake Pearl foresees development of low-rise residential construction at the bank of lake Mazais Baltezers surrounded by pine forest. The concept of the apartment complex is guided by the demand of international investors willing to obtain residence permit in Latvia via purchase of real estate in Latvia, and thereby – the right to travel freely in Shengen zone. 

Project concept has already been presented in Russia and has attracted a lot of attention - not only due to rather new opportunity of  acquiring residence permit in Latvia, but also as a possibility to invest in qualitative and potentially highly liquid real estate in Latvia, number of which is very limited at the moment. 

The technical design of the project is advancing fast, and the construction is planned to commence by the end of 2011.
