Biroju centrs Ezerparks Ltd., the responsible body for construction of administrative buildings complex for State Revenue Service of LR (SRS), announced a tender for selection of general contractor of construction works of administrative building complex for SRS.

This is an international tender of builders; however, it prescribes some protective measures for interests of the state. For instance, stipulates publicity of all construction costs of general contractor and subcontractors.

The winner of the tender shall be selected in September 2011.
