On 27th of March an official ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the State Revenue Service of Latvia (SRS) was held to signify the start of construction works on site.  The benefits of the consolidation of the SRS structural units in one building will be substantial. The administrative costs of the institution will decrease, while the efficiency of collaboration between the departments will intensify. The benefit for the Latvian tax payers will be substantial improvement of service quality.

Apartment reservation in the project on the shore of the lake Mazais Baltezers successfully continues, ~10% of the apartments have been reserved already.

Project Whitelake Pearl foresees development of low-rise residential construction at the bank of lake Mazais Baltezers surrounded by pine forest.
